Barefoot Bungalow sits in the heart of Gulf Shores on Little Lagoon with a short walk to beach access and the sugar white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This newly constructed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom private house is a short drive or bike ride to many shops, restaurants, entertainment, and Gulf State Park. Barefoot Bungalow overlooks a private pool and Little Lagoon with your own private fishing pier. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances.

The Layout...
All living is on one level; however you do have to go up stairs to get there from the main entry door. The main living area is open to the kitchen and dining room. There is a sectional and two chairs to provide comfortable seating as well as a 65 inch smart TV. Indoor dining table sits 6-8 as well as 6 more at the kitchen island. Also, off the main living area is the back deck with and additional dining table to sit 6. This overlooks the pool and lagoon.
Time to rest..
The bedrooms are down one hallway off the main living area. with another deck off the front of the house looking towards the beach. Each bedroom has a smart TV and an attached bathroom. Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has two queens and the last bedroom has two sets of twin bunks (4 beds total).
Fun in the sun...
Underneath the main living area there is covered parking for 3-4 average size cars, bbq area as well as outdoor shower and storage area for pool/beach toys, life jackets and kayaks.
Short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants and beach store and short drive to many more attractions Gulf Shores has to offer.
This home is a large private beach house with private heated pool and pier that extends out into the lagoon. Avoid the crowds and elevator waits!!

Barefoot Bungalow is in a great location off the main road. There is a bike/walking trail that is directly infront of the house. The house is easy to get to. There is covered parking to fit three average sized cars, as well as parking in teh gravel driveway that is not covered.

The bedrooms have various sleeping arrangements. From king beds, double queens, or double twin bunks.
"For the last 3 years my family has enjoyed time at Brad’s Place. The house is very warm, inviting and destined for relaxation. The pool is perfect for a swim daytime and night thanks to lighting. My brother and nephew spent plenty of time on the dock fishing and is also a wonderful place to take in the sunset. The beach is less than a 5 min drive or a short walk. Lastly, I want to give a special thanks to the families that have stayed at Brad’s Place and give it the same care and courtesy as if it were your own. This will keep it a destination for many families to make lasting memories!"
