Frequently Asked Questions

Our guest typically receive their stay welcome letter approximately 24-48 hours prior to their check-in day. This welcome letter is sent to the address associated with your Airbnb account that was used at the time of booking. 

Generally, we are unable to allow for early check-in or late check-out due to the time needed to turn properties around from one renter to another. But we understand how this may help improve your stay so we will try to accommodate your request. 

Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule during check-out, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour over your required departure time.

Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

We provide complimentary wireless internet at our properties. You will be provided wifi information specific to the property you are renting within your welcome letter. Please note, some of our mountain properties do have limited bandwidth due to the remote locations of our cabins and lack of available internet service providers. What a great way to disconnect, right?!?!

All our properties are non-smoking properties. If you smoke inside the property you will be initially charged $250. The renter will be required to pay an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages or cost associated with removing smoke stain items/smell (renter agrees to pay all required cost).

We provide one (1) of the following initial starter item at our properties to help kick-start your experience:

• Dishwasher tablet
• Washing machine pod
• A soap bar in each bathroom
• A roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
• A shampoo, conditioner, and body wash starter
• A roll of paper in the kitchen

Should these complimentary starter items be insufficent for the duration of your stay, you are responsible for additional supplies or items you may need.

We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our properties; however, we do require that an adult, 25 years or older, reserve the property AND be present at the property the entire length of the renters stay. The adult renter assumes all responsibilty at the property for all individuals and their actions, damages and associated costs. 

We do have a "Maximum Permitted Occupancy" per property. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $250 per person over the maximum allowable number and these individuals will be asked to leave the property immediately.

We want everyone to enjoy their stay and we also want to be respectful to our neighbors and those properties around us. Therefore, we have required quiet hours between 9:00 pm to 10:00 am.
